Bertazzoni is expanding its portfolio, ranging from advanced induction appliances to versatile decorative finishes, in the U.S. and Canada. Included in the selection is the company’s 48″ induction range in all three of the brand’s series: Professional, Master and Heritage. The range features one continuous, ceramic black glass cooking surface, and the integration of Octagon induction zones delivers up to 40% more efficiency, the company reports. The unit also features an induction cooking-compatible griddle as well as a range of options, including easy clean-up, precise touch controls, digital timed cooking functions, and sensor-controlled cookware detection. The range is available in several finishes, including the company’s new Carbonio finish.
