Before
The dated master suite in this Oshkosh, WI home had a size problem – namely that a lot of square footage was allocated to the bath area and the bedroom, leaving very little for a cramped shower and closet. Additionally, there was no laundry located on the main level of the home. All in all, the layout was inefficient and not suited to the wants and needs of the homeowners.
After
By reclaiming space from the master bedroom, designer Susan Hirschberg of RH Design Build was able to create a large master closet accessible via the master bath. A new Brizo steam shower was installed surrounding a new Kohler standing tub, creating a visually arresting and practical centerpiece. Rift white oak cabinetry and Calacatta marble-look porcelain tile create a warm, welcoming aesthetic.
